Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

2) Shipping Destination & Carrier

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Carriers may include USPS / UPS / FedEx. The system will assign the optimal carrier by destination.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping to the U.S.: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer due to carrier routes, weather, or local conditions.
    Note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery can vary with carrier capacity, weather, and seasonal peaks.

4) Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, unless a free-shipping promotion is displayed.

5) Tracking

  • A tracking link will be emailed/SMSed once your order ships.

  • If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours after dispatch, contact support@hoomidesign.com.

6) Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • We can edit an address before packing; once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.

7) Delivery Issues

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received:

    • Check with household members, neighbors, building management, parcel lockers, and your mailbox.

    • If still missing after 24–48 hours, email support@hoomidesign.com so we can initiate a carrier trace.

  • Returned to sender / failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or unclaimed items:

    • We can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.

8) Partial Shipments

  • To speed delivery, items in one order may ship separately at no extra cost.

9) Holiday Peaks & Force Majeure

  • During peak seasons or due to weather, strikes, or other force-majeure events, delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.
